Every blend is caffeine-free, hand-blended in small batches, and made with transparent ingredients and clear brewing guidance.

Inside the sampler

• Trade Winds: rosehips, elder flower, ginger, and cloves.
• Clear Horizon: holy basil (tulsi), gotu kola, and rosemary.
• Safe Harbor: passionflower, skullcap, catnip, and chamomile.
• Even Keel: oat straw, chamomile, peppermint, rose petals, and lavender.

To Brew

Each pouch includes its own brewing guidance. Use 1–2 tablespoons per cup of just-boiled water, cover while steeping, and follow the blend-specific directions on each label.

I source herbs from smaller farmers who are using regenerative agriculture practices that enhance and improve soil health, optimize resource management, alleviate climate change, and improve water quality.
