This is a gem of a product for hair and skin health.
Compounds like rosmarinic acid and carnosic acid help stimulate hair growth and deliver nutrients to hair follicles. And its antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and antimicrobial properties reduce dandruff, and create a healthier scalp environment. These properties are also useful in skincare for acne and aging skin.
Apply diluted rosemary oil to your scalp 2-4 times a week, massaging it in and leaving it on for a few hours or overnight before washing, focusing on the scalp itself rather than the hair strands.
For skin health, apply a few drops daily to the affected area (ex. face or hands) and massage in, just like you would do with lotion.
