This winter tea blend combines the skin benefits of Hibiscus, with the immune system and heart health benefits of Elderberry and Yarrow. If you tend to run hot, but want to enjoy a warm cup of tea, this blend of herbs are all considered cooling herbs which help calm those fiery doshas.

All my products are ethically and sustainably produced and sourced. Many of the herbs I grow myself in my home garden in Virginia. I use recyclable & reusable shipping boxes and kraft wadding, biodegradable packing, dye-free recyclable crinkle paper and re-use shipping materials whenever possible. I work to protect plant populations by thoughtfully choosing trusted biodynamic, organic, and wildcrafted sources, maintaining sensitivity to the status of at risk plants and regions. I prefer to source herbs from smaller farmers who are using regenerative agriculture practices that enhance and improve soil health, optimize resource management, alleviate climate change, and improve water quality.
