Lavender Essential Oil

Lavender essential oil is mostly known for its calming effects but studies have shown that it can also can promote wound healing by increasing the expression of collagen — which keeps your skin elastic and your joints healthy — and enhancing the activity of proteins involved in rebuilding tissue.

During turbulent times, inhaling the scent of lavender on a daily basis a simple way of taking care of yourself.

Ways to Use:

• Diffuse to purify air and uplift mood, place a few drops on your wrist or chest, or inhale steam from a bowl with a few drops.
• Mix with a carrier oil (like coconut or jojoba) for massage or to apply to chest/joints. 
• Add to DIY cleaners for its germ-fighting power. 
• Do not ingest.
