Or if it's more your mood, a holiday rom-com would partner perfectly as well (I recommend Love Actually, Family Stone, or Last Christmas). Helps with inflammation, bloating, blood pressure and cholesterol, liver support, digestion, and weight management. And it tastes SO good.
