When the day won't let go, Safe Harbor gives you a quiet place to land. Passionflower, the native maypop long used by the Cherokee and other Southeastern nations, has been a traditional evening herb in North America for generations. It's joined by skullcap, a treasured herb of early American herbalists, which helps a busy mind drift toward rest. Catnip, a colonial household favorite, and chamomile, steeped since ancient times, bring a soft, meadowy calm that eases the body into evening. It's gentle, grassy and lightly minty: a cup to sip as the lights go down.

Ingredients

Passionflower, skullcap, catnip, chamomile.

To Brew

Steep 1–2 tablespoons in a cup of just-boiled water, covered, for 10 minutes. Enjoy 30–60 minutes before bed. A drizzle of honey is lovely here.

Recommendations

Not recommended during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. May cause drowsiness. Do not combine with sleep aids, sedatives, or alcohol without guidance from a healthcare provider. Avoid if allergic to plants in the daisy family.
